I finally nailed my little "MECHAИiX " board under the street sign on Poplar Road. Pronunciation, not spelling, is what it's about. And a tribute to an iconic magazine I never read, but that millions have. Faithful, forward looking backyard scientists. Very Bolinas. Last time I looked, 2 or 3 weeks later, my sign was still up.
